| MORE SKETCH VIDEOS 2013 COLLEGE CAMPUS TOUR LMAO is the hilarious off-broadway musical improv comedy show from EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH! The troupe performs regularly in Times Square at the Broadway Comedy Club (318 West 53rd St, New York, NY 10019) and tours nationwide to clubs, theaters, colleges, universities, corporate events, and festivals. EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH first performed in the Cabaret, theaters and Clubs of New York City in 2002. Since then the show has cracked up over 3500 audience with long runs at the NY Improv, Laugh Factory New York, Broadway Comedy Club and the 18-month Off Broadway Run of LMAO at the Midtown Theater (at HA! Comedy Club). The show has also played Caroline's, Rascals, Gotham, Don't Tell Mama's, Under St Marks, and dozens of other cool NYC venues. Over that time, the show has toured venues nation wide including Princeton University, NYU, Yeshiva U, Georgetown U, U. Md College Park, Williams College, Pace (6 shows 2012) and more. Corporations (Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, AMEX, Johnson & Johnson etc) have benefited form our corporate team building classes and shows. In 2009, EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH was chosen by the Comedy Hall of Fame to bring classes into New York City Schools via its Laugh It Out Program. Walt Frasier, LMAO co Founder and artistic director, was named Director of Instruction. The program is growing every semester. In teh fall of 2009 we had 20 students in an afterschool program. This year over 200 students were eligable for high school graduation credit vie our in school residencies and weekly classes. In addition to being a valuable training platform, comedy classes are the cooolest way to teach creative writing and thinking, communication (Public Speaking, Eye Contact, Listening, Focus), Team and Leadership skills. |
